igf-1 going down

my igf-1 keeps on going down when i first started testosterone replacement a year in a half ago they also started me on omnitrope my igf-1 went to 363 after 10 weeks testosterone was 1187.when i switched to defy med it started on sermorelin for cost reasons. do not think sermorelin is worth the money and my igf-1 now is 96. Is there anything out there to increase my 1gf-1. My testosterone is fine at 700
