I found some old cortisol lab results - thoughts?

I'm going to be getting ACTH and the 4x a day saliva cortisol test done ASAP. I really hope this might shed light on some problems, and hopefully help, but we'll see. I don't want to post a whole story, but I've dealt with depression, fatigue, anxiety, etc. most of my life and recently feel overstimulated three months into TRT for the second time. I keep lowering the dose, but doc recommended raising it a little because I'm down to around 60mg per week. (Scary)

I found some labs done five years ago, ordered by an endocrinologist. My first time around on TRT I had to quit because of the over-stimulation. If these are really as low as they look, I'm pretty ticked off. Wondering if you have any thoughts on what he might have missed, or if it isn't as bad as it looks. If you've had a similar situation, I'd love to hear about it.

ACTH 17 - pg/mL (9 - 52 pg/mL)

Ten days later (can't remember the situation):
ACTH - 9 pg/mL (9 - 52 pg/mL)
CORT POST ADD DRAW - 21.2 mcg/dL (no range)
Cortisol Post Dose 30 Minutes - 16.9 mcg/dL (>18.0 mcg/dL) Low
CORTISOL, BASELINE - 5.7 mcg/dL (3.0 - 23.0 mcg/dL)

Also found this just to throw it in. Nothing was said about it:
IRON - 55 mcg/dL (65 - 175 mcg/dLL)
Total Iron Binding Capacity - 254 mcg/dL (250 - 450 mcg/dL)
PERCENT IRON SATURATION 22 % (15 - 45 %)
