I just got my labs back and I managed to lower my Reverse T3 from 29, to 18 in 3 months.
I have Hashimotos that I am not medicated for at the moment, and the only adjustment I made was adding 200 mcg Selenium daily, and 500mg Vitamin C 3x a day. All of my other #'s were/still are great.
The reason I added the vitamin C, was after my labs came back with high rt3 I wanted to track down the cause. I did a cortisol saliva test which came back with high #'s, at which point I found vit c could help reduce cortisol. As a high stress person this option made sense.
