Then you have three options:

1- Type the lab test results (don't forget units and ranges)
2- Post it as a picture from your phone, etc.
3- Post it as a pic or PDF as an attached file.

Don't forget to scratch out or blacken your personal information.

Posters should be aware that marking up PDF files to conceal private information is often ineffective. The black marks, etc. are simply overlays that are easily removed. Conversion to a pure image format such as JPEG, either before or after editing, ensures that what you see is what you get, and personal information is truly removed instead of superficially hidden.
