I'm currently not on TRT, but recently had some tests carried out and was wondering where these results sat in the big scheme of things (most of the results are in the middle of the range, but I'm aware that these ranges don't take age, lifestyle or body shape into consideration. I honestly can't remember whether I did any exercise the day before the test, but my Creatine Kinase results are really high, so there's a good chance that I did. I hope that it's not messed up too many of the results. For the record, I'm a fit and very active 38-year-old male, good muscle definition and healthy diet.
For the record, here some symptoms I'm trying to get to the bottom of:
Lack of self-esteem/confidence
Lack of motivation and focus
Being too worried about what others think of me
Feeling inadequate
Erectile dysfunction
Inability to connect to others (not everyone, but I feel that my social circle is way short of what it should be)
Not able to relax and have fun
