Here's my sad pre-TRT IGF-1 value:

How much do you think this is going to go up on 105 mg test cyp weekly? I will follow up with test results but I'm curious what others have seen.

I tried peptides for months with no increase at all, actually it went down. Mine IGF-1 didn't go up (139->189) until I started supplementing iron.

So iron deficiency = lower IGF-1.
