I've been on trt for about 9 months and been doing pretty well but I have some of the following hypothyroid symptoms:
lethargy/brain fog
brittle nails
depression
ED even though I've been taking 5mg Cialis daily and sub par libido
Trouble losing that LAST 10lbs after losing 10lbs even though I was on a 500 calorie deficit (I've given up and am now eating around my maintenance)

I just got some extra thyroid tests done through Defy, I'd appreciate some help with what these numbers mean:
TSH 2.34 (0.45-4.5) my TSH was 3.5 about 3 months ago
T4 free 1.07 (.82-1.77)
Iodine 32.4 (40-92)
T3 free 2.9 (2.0-4.4)

As far as my TRT protocol I'm on 140mg of test cyp, 1000 iu HCG and 0.25 Anast split into 2 doses a week which puts my TT at 750, E2 at 35 and free test at 24. When i started TRT i was on the same protocol and had a TT of around 1250 and felt quite a bit better (I figured this was maybe just the honeymoon phase). my dose was reduced to 128mg a week and it made my TT drop to around 750 and the dose was raised back to 140mg and yielding my current results (750)

Any advice is appreciated

They should have run Reverse T3 so it's a bit incomplete. Your T3 is on the lower end closer to 4.0 might be more ideal but without RT3 we can't see if there's a pooling issue with T3. They may offer you a T3 and T4 treatment but I'd press them for RT3 testing, too.

I would have to agree with everyone. Your levels don't look too bad. When I get my thyroid panel, I get TSH, free T4, free T3, reverse T3 and at least once get both antibodies checked.

Just like with testosterone, your thyroid lab values can be in range, but you can still have thyroid issues (i.e., not optimal)

I would also add to the list:
Dr. Westin Childs | Thyroid Supplements, Functional Nutrition & Articles
and his YouTube page:
Dr. Westin Childs
Look at his "Thyroid Beginner Series & Lessons".
Do Not get thrown off by the fact that he now is offering supplements. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALLKING ABOUT and his BLOG and YouTube post are detailed enough to be used as a basic class on Thyroid in Med schools (My humble opinion).
