help! what just happened

I pin 400 iu hcg 3x per week. SUB Q 30 G NEEDLEToday I just did my wednesday injection, and I actually thought it was one of my more smooth injections(found a little more fat than usual on my leg, didnt hurt as much going in, etc.

For the first time since ive pinned hcg, when i pulled the syringe out of my leg after I had already injected the full meds, i saw a little blood in the syringe! i then pushed the plunger down and saw some blood squirt out(not much) Should i be concerned??? I also don't have any symptoms of hitting a vein.

ALSO IF I DID INJECT INTO A VEIN DOES THAT MEAN THAT THE HCG ISNT GOING TO GET ABSORBED?

so my 3questions are
1-do i need to be concerned i harmed myself in any way
2-what happened/why was there blood in the syringe???
3-do i need to do another injection? was the hcg not absorbed if i injected it into the vein?

i think ill stick with belly injections for now on..i dont have much fat on the legs lol.

I have gotten a little blood coming from the injection site after T shots in my legs. Never been an issue. You might have pulled the plunger back a little bit when you took it out to get it in the syringe.

I dont do HCG shots, so cannot help with if there is an issue with absorbing.
