Help interpreting labs

I have a couple of lab results that I do not know how to interpret as I am not familiar with the labs that did the testing. They are on test levels, however I am only familiar with LabCorp test results. I am just curious to know what you can tell from them at a glance.

I can't really make out the actual numbers? Looks like a Total Test and Free Test? If you don't mind, can you just post the two lab results with the reference ranges? Thanks
