Help - Blood tests results

Hello everyone

ive recently had my blood test results and wanted some help to understand what is going on. I am still waiting for some other results to come in such as free tests

10years or so ago my prolactin was high , at the time I put it down to not sleeping well , bad diet , not training.

I feel like I have got things in order so had another round of tests. Again it has come back high with some other markers.

For reference I am currently trying to eat zero carbs and often have one meal a day fast.

I take DUT for hair loss and have suffered some gyno

It should come as no surprise to you that Dutasteride is an endocrine disrupter, it can cause gyno, low testosterone and it can render prostate cancer undetectable by lab testing.

Dutasteride can cause low testosterone. Your estrogen is deficient and the only way to increase it is to increase your free testosterone.

Dutasteride can cause Post Finasteride Syndrome for which there is no cure!

My advice, get off Dutasteride!

I am currently trying to eat zero carbs and often have one meal a day fast.
I expect this diet to increase your SHBG. Diets such as these can cause low testosterone which amounts to starvation.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
