HCT and RBC on the upper end

I don´t donate blood and never had and wish not to do. Is it ok and safe to have levels on the upper end but not over the highest ranges
Hemoglobine is normally around 17 g/dl and Hematocrit is between 0,49--0,52. Safe levels to have for years or? Donation is not my wish.

You might consider low dose aspiring 81mg/D and/or fish oil(?) to keep platelets from sticking together but ~52 if you're staying there or under it may be less concern but if it creeps up > 52 donation or phlebotomy would be warranted.
