HCG types and injections ?

I have a feeling that my HCG medication should be injected inteamusclarly I noticed the affect with some injections and others nothing, it comes and goes, for example yesterday afternoon I Injected 300iu went today morning for a test and it turned out
T boarder line 9 nmol
Estradiol 9 pg
LH and FSH around 4 which is normal

Last week when I Injected both lh and fsh around 2 and T went to 16 E went to 23.

Am I doing something wrong ?
I injected SC using
0.3 mm (30g)x8mm, u-100 insulin

Please see attached the HCG medication am using, is there different types of HCG ? Am I using wrong needle ?

Hcg seems to work sometimes and sometimes not I am starting to think SQ may not be the best option, I will try to switch to IM and maybe see another brand.

If anyone have an experience with this I would really like to hear it

In the US we either use Pregnyl Or compounded HCG that I know of. It comes in vials not ampules. Compounded HCG is considered as good as the brand by the seller. There is an ongoing conversation on this forum about the efficacy of compounded HCG versus the brand name HCG. Some men definitely feel a difference claiming that Pregnyl is more effective (they have used both) than its compounded counterpart. Pregnyl is made from a woman’s urine, I believe the compounded version is not. I don’t recall the details. My hunch is that yours might be the equivalent of Pregnyl. I’ve been on pregnyl for 10 days now , and my doctor will only run labs till June hence my lack of information to answer that part of your question. By and large the HCG is injected SQ in the US and the needles are pretty much the same as the ones you use. I use HCG to avoid testicular atrophy and it seems to be working. Of course in my case I only have to look in the mirror.

I am not sure how does it really work, I am beginning to understand your point of a roller coaster, but I would like to use whatever options before moving to testosterone.

Is that what’s happening ? Roller coaster affect ? sometimes works sometimes not ? I am sure I had crazy increase in libido and the strongest morning wood I have ever had in 10 years . But it comes and goes that’s why am saying is it the injection or this is how it works.

Let me back track on this and not sound like a Debbie Downer, but the mind is a powerful thing...placebo affect, even. I'm glad that you're liking how things are going.

I am not really it was just three four times thing in 3 weeks. Beside this I am not happy with hcg I will try IM and increase the dosage if still the same then move to trt or at least wait for my appointment with dr rand McClain and See how will it go until then

Have you tried adding Cialis Daily 5mg?

I looked at it if he is adding testosterone he may as well just do like everybody else use testosterone and hcg to keep the boys kicking. Why do the opposite? This is what a lot of people do actually.

Because he believes there might be a way to avoid suppressing his natural production by adding a minimal amount of T. The bottom line is that he’ll be just doing TRT plus HCG like a lot of men do like you said. Exogenous testosterone will be the main source and HCG the supplement. My point however, was to have you take a look at somebody who’s going through the same roller coaster as you are. Are HCG IM injections the answer? Maybe. Has your hcg lost its potency and getting new ampules might be the answer? Maybe. I guess it’s all worth a try if you feel you could find the answer by experimenting.

Yea I am trying this now giving the increased dosage sometime then trying IM.
Though i believe people’s have tried all this before but I want to k ow for sure it won’t work with me also, plus I have sometime until my appointment with dr rand so experimenting during this time.

I totally hear you. And I agree. TRT isn’t the magic solution either. Combining hcg and TRT might not be either. I have just begun a new step in what’s going to be a long journey. The only thing is that I’m not miserable. Only frustrated and hoping for the best. You seem fine too. Keep us posted about how it goes for you.
