hCG question- is it too late

Dear friends:

50 year old idiopathic hypogonadotrapic hypogonadism patient. Pre-pubertal size testes (never grew). T-Replacement for years, no other products. Not looking for fertility.

If I start injecting hCG to my T-replacement protocol (testopel inplants), what would be my net gain? Would hCG increase testicular size at my age, increase ejaculate volume, improve moode etc. etc. Can anyone please share experiences?

Is it worth the time and investment.

Many thanks.

I've been injecting 500 IU of HCG twice a week for over 10 years now. And presently injecting 500 IU every third day. I combined both in the same syringe like Nelson does. He has a thread out how he does it.

It helps with libido and also testicle size. Mine are the same size as when I first started trt.

Even if you weren't injecting HCG for years, it will still bring back your size.

Thank you, I will try to find Nelson's thread on this, it seems very interesting. I am assuming it's 2x a week SubQ.

Have you noticed an increase in ejaculate volume and after first hCG injections, how long before you see full testicular increase?

In case it helps anyone on this forum who is considering, here is my update.

Background: Secondary Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism. 50 years old. On various forms of Testosterone replacement since 20's. Never used hCG.

My goal: Increase testicular size and ejaculate volume. Don't care about fertility.

Currently: On Testopel Implants recently administered.

Started using hCG this week. Got a bottle of Chorionic Gonadatropin 10,000 USP units per vial. Mixed it.

My does: 0.35ML intramuscularly 2x a week. (I don't know how many IU's that makes as everyone on the forum uses IU for dosing not ML's and it does confuse me :)

I had my second shot. No changes to testicular size, ejaculate volume, not feeling any different.

I am wondering if I am not being patient enough or if my dose is too low.

I'll provide further updates if this might help someone in my situation.

Hello Forum

Has anyone experienced non-responsive hCG treatment? I just started it, 2x a week, 0.35 ml compounding pharmacy hCG: ABSOLUTELY ZERO changes to testicular size. I've read just about every thread on this forum regarding and I bring it down to:

1. Do I have no response because I am 50 years old and 2ndery Hypogonaism and I never had normal testicles?

2. Is the dosage I am using too small or too infrequent?

3. Is the product I am using compromised or not effective. (and no I did not "shake" the bottle when mixing) :)

At this stage how long do I do this before I give up on it? Any perspective would be greatly appreciated by your fellow man.

500 IU of HCG twice a week should be fine. It usually only takes a few weeks. I'm primarily and I inject 500 IU combined with my testosterone in the same syringe every third day.

Something must be wrong with me because I have been on it for a month and have seen no changes other than mood changes. No physical/testicular changes I should add. But I am Secondary Hypogonadism so I can see why my experience could be very different from yours: Do you use Pregnyl or generic product?
Thank you, btw, I really appreciate your perspective!
