HCG only for low HCT,E2 and RBC

Can I lower my Estradiol, HCT and RBC by discontinuing TestCYp. Defy wants me to go HCG ONLY for 2 weeks then clomid for 4 weeks with some medication for high prolactin. They don't want me to do phlebotomy coz of low Ferratin.....
Can I also keep my testorone up with HCG only, ? Anyone in mine kind a situation?

The short answer is "yes." You need higher dosages of HCG than what one takes as an adjunct to TRT though when you are using HCG by itself. I am sure that Defy would have explained the dosage.

Not yet Ero I am overseas and at 12 hour time difference. I wrote defy an email coz my HCT was 53 and RBC was 6.2. It was concerning to me and the nurse mailed me a plan, basically 150iu of HCG every day. I don't know if I need AI anymore and can decrease HCT, RBC and e2 without a plabjetomy

I would draft a careful email, covering all of your concerns and send that to Defy. All of your issues in one communication. Then I would adhere to their directions until you return to the country.

No disrespect intended ipi, but I'm a little confused by your posts. I understand that you're concerned about your Hematocrit and RBC levels. If you're a Defy patient, I can't imagine them not explaining everything to you in detail. You're asking questions concerning if you need an AI anymore, and can you decrease HCT, RBC and E2 without a therapeutic phlebotomy? You're all over the place here. Can you clarify please?

Were you given any advice about how to increase your iron levels, either through supplements or diet (or both)? Shellfish (clams, oysters), and organ meat (liver) are really high in iron content.

Basically, I would just do as Defy advises, until you can get back to the states.

I did email them and after looking at my blood work they said that dr Saya wants a conservative approach. Starting with HCG only @ 150 iu every day......then clomid 12.5 every day for 4 weeks with the prolactin treatment (0.25)twice a week.

I found an old blood work from 2012 where my prolactin was 7 and it seems that high e2 or TestCYp trigerred high prolactin about 29.

Can HCG keep my Ts at 700 T levels and low E2.

Is TestCYp the culprit in increasing E2 and HCT and by following the new protocol (NO TestCYp), 150 iu HCG every day, can I reduce e2 and HCT?

You are out of the country for a month. You have blood tests that, rightly, concern you. Follow the strict advice of Defy and defer your questions and anxiety about everything else until you return to the United States. There is no point in endlessly circling the other, secondary issues while you are away during the Christmas holidays.
