Hcg and primary hypogonadism

When your primary, HCG increase less estrogen then if your secondary. Since your testicles do not function fully, HCG will not increase your testosterone or estrogen as much as someone with healthy testicles.
We should look at testosterone to estrogen ratio and not just the numbers. Also, While on TRT your body stops LH n FSH hormone so i think u have to take it externally irrespective of how much it will be useful. Even if 5 percent of ur testicles is working, its still useful as u can get some sperms for extraction or ivf. Just my guess

This is the protocol used by Lipshultz group at Baylor in Houston. It has recommendations based on when you want the pregnancy to happen.
TTh: TRT
AAS: Anabolic/ androgenic steroids
SA: Sperm analysis

For plain hypogonadism, I would try 1,500 IU every other day. Then test for total T and semen analysis at week 8. Some men with primary hypogonadism do not respond well to hCG, so I would test Total T at week 4 just to see.

Thanks so much, Nelson. Yes, I remember seeing this chart in NCBI website. Sure, I will follow the guidelines. So, I am using 100 mg test per week, 1500iu EOD and FSH 75iu EOD. The reason for using FSH is that, i have low sperm count even without starting TRT around 2 million and i don't want bring it down even further as my testis is not functioning properly.
