Hair loss/thinning on TRT- No MPB

Guys, i spoke with a very well known dermatologist in New York who specializes in hair loss.
whether you are gentetically prone or not, exposure to high levels of dht over a certain amount of time will cause hair loss issues.
When i was doing 100 mgs per week just as the OP has done, my dht was over 150 the day after injection. Thats very high and constantly being exposed to high levels will eventually cause issues.
breaking up the dose in half and doing it twice per week ( tuesday and friday ) will certainly help prevent this- high dht spikes.
Fancy PM'ing me his details and location?

Not everyone needs to have high dht to experience hair loss!

No kidding, i am talking about those who have full heads of hair and arent prone to hair loss. Example, someone with normal T levels who would never experience hair loss is now exposed to high levels of dht for long periods of time will eventually have issues.

Alright, bloods just came back
DHT LC/MS - 14 (16-79)
so it's low. This was never tested before starting trt so is it safe to say it was even lower before?
I am also guessing the hair issue may just be from shock of hormones as was suggested earlier.
Aside from that, I have been reading the symptoms of low dht and it seems to describe me as well. Is there any way to raise it other that trt which I am already on?
