For superior entertainment I hear the TOT Hormone Optimization group is a hoot. Never been there though. Some dude named Danny Bossa or something. So guys I thought I’d ask here (admin please remove if not allowed).
I need general medical and health culture; I want information about medicines, food and health in general. Do you have suggestions for ******** groups that I can join to be in constant touch?

I was listening to him and his crew lately. Despite all the people who take AI's and immediately feel better and have their gyno halted, I was listening with an open mind. He keeps saying the body producing more E2 in response to the additional androgens is perfectly normal because the body tries to keep balance, and I thought this made sense. For superior entertainment I hear the TOT Hormone Optimization group is a hoot. These dudes aren't exactly SMEs in multi-step chemical kinetics and I doubt they've put together transient models for how this would play out (haha). They are doing the best they can I'm sure so I need to be more empathetic. But then I get a little miffed when they claim expertise or charge dudes for a "consult".I was listening to him and his crew lately. Then it occurred to me that aromatization is happening all the time, not just in immediate response to the influx of T. A couple of times I have tested at trough, skipped a dose, and tested again three to five days later. Each time my T was lower the second time and my E2 was higher. Do you have any idea how they try to explain away the fact that you're still aromatizing while excreting? I haven't been able to find them talking about that.
