Some of our members on ******** are currently bemoaning the fact that they have testicular atrophy and lousy penile hang so I said I would carry on the
discussion on here, as we ought. I had a double orchiectomy (castration) after an old police injury became atrophic, I was put on TRT (Tostran) and my private insurance (not everyone relies on our National Health Service) paid/gave me my option for Mentor XL testicular prostheses, Kiwee silicon model 3005
if you need to look them up.
I am prescribed enough Cialis for my needs and my urology clinic gave me 1 hydrotherapy pump which I use for 20 minutes daily. Some guys use it for stretching apparently or to avoid "turtling" but I use mine for general penile health and it's good for me. I've still got a 5" hang and am maintaining 8" erect, my scrotum appears nice and "full" and no-one has realised I've had reconstruction, if any guy were to look behind, the scars are almost invisible now.
The hydrotherapy pump is a Vaxaid, also used for impotence in some cases and sold elsewhere as the Bathmate X30 and X40. My Vaxaid X40 was supplied on prescription and I have bought the commercial version as backup. I hope this provides encouragement to anyone troubled, although I do stop short of endorsement and I do not have any commercial links with any company of any sort. Just a quiet randy retiree.
