Still feeling the blahs.... cant get motivated....
Was hoping TRT was the cure like before, alas it appears not....

Vision, do you use any other supplements, like sam-e or ubiquinol may help with the blahs. You could also look into B vitamins.

What is the quality and duration of your sleep like?

Vince, no vitamins, other than a Costco multi vit. and C.
Coast, I sleep from 9:30ish to 5 every day. I usually wake around 1 to pee, but generally have no problem falling back to sleep.
I will look into b12 looks like defy has injectables for that... starting to feel like a pin cushion.

Hi Gene,
I had just a testosterone test this most recent lab. My labs 2 months ago show that TSH is 1.5. Nothing for the others...
I also had some labs run thru Kaiser, however I cant remember my log in... I will reset after they open and see if there is anything there...
Spoke with the Jill and Jason at Defy yesterday and they said the labs look good so no change now.... Quite possible its depression that is causing my lack of umph... Long story but the last 4 years have been shit.....
