Got my blood tests back! Very happy. Please take a look :)

Hey guys. Here's the results of about 7 weeks on 100 mg test cyp e3.5 days. blood was drawn the morning before I was due to inject. The test was done here in the Philippines so the units of measurement might be different. But with these results, I'm feeling great. The only side affect I'm working on taking care of is acne.

Based on the knowledge I have, everything looks good to me. Anything stand out to anyone else?

Your free T is pretty low compared to the very high total T. Did you get SHBG tested? In my case that was very high originally with a very low free T while total T was low normal. TRT has dropped my SHBG, my free T is upper normal, and my total T is high (but not as high as yours).

Curious thing that you feel good with those numbers, Free T in the basement, TT is off the charts high and an E of 71. Though that does fit in the T:E ratio theory of 14-20.
I bet your SHBG is high, have you had SHBG tested before/recently?

7 weeks ago when I was taking 100 mg test cyp e7d SHBG was included on the lab at a different clinic. and it was 15.28 nmol/L. My total T was 350 and I felt like shit. I can probably find a clinic here in this town I'm in to test my SHBG to see what it is now considering my dosage is completely different than 7 weeks ago.

Are my current numbers a health concern at all?

Run down your SHBG value. As Vince Carter noted, that should give you reasonable information to guide your protocol. You are outside the US, aren't you? I ask because the estradiol test you ran is of, essentially, no value to you or your doctor.

The good news is that even at a high T level your hematocrit is good.

If you feel good I would not change a thing.

Your free T may be low not only because of high SHBG but also due to high albumin. Did you eat before these tests?

Also, where is your CMP (liver and kidney function)?

This test was drawn before eating in the morning as well. I'll have SHBG, albumin, and CMP checked this friday in the morning right before I'm due to inject again and follow up with the results on this thread.

As it stands, feeling great though! No problems so far I'll be interested to see what the other blood tests look like this friday.

I'm outside the U.S. and doing TRT completely on my own as there's no expert in the field out here. Unfortunately I don't have access to the "sensitive" estradiol test we're supposed to take nowadays. But thankfully, I have no high estrogen symptoms at all

Alright fellas. So this is bizzare. I need to look closer at it. I was able to send the clinic money and they completed the albumin and SHBG using the same blood sample. I attached those results to the same image I posted previously for easy comparison. I'll need to take a closer look at my results, but at first glance, at least based on this clinics particular "range", my SHBG is actually low, and my Albumin is right in the middle.

Are we missing something? Perhaps a unit of measurement that is different than america? I had this done in Philippines. Any thoughts?

This blood test reads for free testosterone, 2 ng/dL, however that converts to 20 pg/mL.


In my TRT notes, I have written down "20–29 years old 9.3–26.5 picograms/mililiter (pg/mL)" (I'm 27)

So I'm actually in the normal range for my free testosterone levels, aren't I?
