Appreciate all the feedback I can get! Been reading and visiting doctors for about a year and a half and trying to make sure I cover all my bases before looking to trt so here's my rundown. The blood tests were ordered through Defy and I'm looking to see if there's anything else I should have checked before I get my one on one with them. Things I don't believe are covered but I think might be beneficial are: Dopamine, ft3, ft4, and rt3. Any other suggestions are welcome!

Age: 39
Height: 6'4"
Waist: 36
Weight: 240lbs

Health Conditions: Depression and social anxiety pretty much since adolescence, digestive issues, acne, libido and pleasure of orgasm has declined greatly and rarely get morning erections, lack of enjoyment in normal activities and lack of drive. I've really noticed these things over the last 4 years or so. A few years ago I went to Curacao to dive, normally something I'd be geeked about for a couple months prior to leaving, and found that I wasn't really excited to leave at all. That was when I first started to wonder if something was amiss.
Had a suspected case of viral meningitis roughly 10 years ago, couple head traumas as a kid falling out of a car and getting a concussion in 4th grade with about 24hrs memory loss. Those things make me wonder at long-term effects after listening to Dr. Mark Gordon.

Rx/OTC Drugs: Accutane for 6 months, other than that only supplements off and on including multi-vitamin, vitaD3, and iodine. I monitored my body temps and averaged 96.57 pre-iodine, took .70 mL daily for 3 weeks and re-tested temps and averaged 96.28

Head trauma in the past is always a concern when it comes to the hypothalamus but your LH levels look decent.

Total and Free Testosterone are ok and not of real concern to be honest.

Your TSH on the other hand is high and anything over 3 warrants more testing such at FT4, FT3, RT3 and antibodies for starters.

You must know that Hypothyroidism has many of the same symptoms as Hypogonadism and in fact over time will cause the same.

Talk to Dr.Saya about further Thyroid testing.

Thanks for the feedback! I don't see SHGB on any of the paperwork. I've been holding off on my physical as requested by DEFY because I want to also request any other bloodwork at the same time. I'll ask for SHGB, FT4&3, RT3 and antibodies. Was also interested in a dopamine test.

Save your $$, your SHBG is sitting at 19nmol/L; factoring your Free Test (2.5% perfect IMO), and your albumin result.
