Bumping this thread. I noticed the other day Flibanserin is available as a peptide. I was researching the Defy medical , Empower Pharmacy website and saw no mention of this so I am assuming Dr Saya is not prescribing this. Any input from from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
IMO, the best treatment for HSDD in premenopausal females is 1: AVOIDING HORMONAL BIRTH CONTROLS (suppress HPGA and often tank libido) - use NON-HORMONAL options and 2: appropriately administered and monitored Testosterone supplementation (when warranted based on labs and clinical assessment).
