Hi everyone. I was referred here from reddit to gain more feedback as I haven't received any interpretation on these numbers after I got my results. Below are my numbers plus my backstory.

I'm a 29 year old male and my lab results came back 2 weeks ago. My urologist didn't want to follow up if everything was within range. However, I know being in range doesn't mean it's 100% fine. I thought I had a Rx for SHGB but my report doesn't show it.

I originally went to the urologist because I was unable to keep my erection and finish intercourse. Happened twice then a month later it happened twice again. Libido is low and I don't masturbate often (1-2 times a month) and rarely watch porn. Watching porn doesn't even make me erect. I can produce erections but go flaccid fairly fast without stimulation. Morning erections are few and in between.

My urologist said it could be from waking up at 4:30AM-5:00AM to go to work which could be messing with my circadian rhythms. He said it's more important to be able to produce an erection. I'm not on any meds, no caffeine, alcohol, and do not smoke. I'm pretty fit and stay active with weightlifting (3-4x a week) and a good amount of walking during the day (30 minutes). I sleep about 6 hours on average a night and I haven't had issues with stress or anxiety.

The only outlier detail I should mention is I had a minor STI at the start of March and received antibiotics for it. My symptoms resolved within 7 days and my testing panel came back negative for everything. After that is when I had the few ED instances, but to date it's happened 4 out of around 20 or so times since April. Receiving oral starts out fine, but if it's prolonged oral and my erection has trouble lasting. I have to really focus to maintain it.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
