Finally got bloods. Thoughts?

I had posted awhile back in the general forum about libido drop, feeling extra tired at night which makes me irritable, and not being able to get it up as easy. I did start taking Zinc which I feel has helped with getting it up but also have Viagra so who knows.

Anyways I'm 34, 6'1 probably 170-200 depending on summer or winter, lift probably 4-5 days a week, eat somewhat high protein but not a ridiculous amount, do take creatine, also eat a lot of veggies and whole grains. Wouldn't say out of control protein though maybe like 120-200 grams a day:

I'm bolding those listed as "high" and also the test levels.

Also looks like most high's are kidney related which scares me a bit, but I read that lifting and protein make them higher. Test 508 and 12.5 so probably not amazing, but ok. I don't know a ton about how the other tests can affect those levels. Any thoughts? Thank you!:

No didn't do them. Mainly wanted to just see a baseline initially to see if even slightly low or at least get idea where I was. And in the previous thread I had this test was mentioned as a good start.

Not to be the annoying upping my own post person, but anything you would try if you were me at this point? Just try to naturally raise for a bit?

The majority of stuff on the naturally raise list I already do, besides I could probably sleep a bit more.

Thanks, yeah most of those I'm good on. I have sex often, workout 4-5 times a week, I'm not over weight, not taking any meds, started taking Zinc (which I think helped some). I'd say the biggest if anything possibly is sleep. Fiance has mentioned before she thought I might have sleep apnea of some kind. But mainly seems to be that way when I drink.

How much are you drinking?

5-6 days a week I don't usually drink anything at all. I usually only drink at functions or the weekend for example was at friends watching NCAA tourney Saturday, probably had 6 beers so guess. Then Friday night went out to dinner and had a 20 oz beer. Which would be a fairly normal week.

Alnea is an under-recognized factor in a lot of men - who present with or without symptoms. I'm suggesting you raise the question with your doctor since I'm hardly qualified to diagnose you. I do know we've seen it here at EM, and, if corrected, it can make a difference. And, again, thyroid...it's not referred to as the master hormone for nothing. TSH, t3, t4, rt3, and a full thyroid antibody panel.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
