Ferritin and B12 Questions

Been on TRT again since Sep 2022. I had a vertical sleeve gastrectomy in 2011. I weigh 280 now but am carrying a lot of muscle.

Now dealing with extreme fatigue in the evenings and cannot stay awake if I sit down. My feet have neuropathy but my blood sugar and A1C are good so diabetes has been ruled out. I get winded easily. My BP has been trending up, and I have not donated blood in months. The last time I did was double red.

I lift weights hard in the mornings, but dont do much cardio. I take 40mg Test C EOD IM, and 500IU HCG twice a week.5mg Cialis daily. I take Vit D daily, pregnelone 3x per week, mag citrate daily, fish oil, COQ10, Zinc w/ copper, DIM, and a probiotic.

Eat more protien and fat than carbs, but am not on Keto. I was for 11+ years after my sleeve surgery. Even when I ate low carb resting glucose was in the 90s.

My erections are good, libido is good. The first half of the day is always pretty energetic but around 2pm I crash and kind of go downhill from there. Sleep is inconsistent, I have a CPAP and use it religiously.

I found the work of Fred Vorck's on how to raise ferritin by plugging the iron drains. His work also said to not take b12. My feet are really starting to be my primary issue, which I think is b12 deficiency due to malabsorbtion from the sleeve surgery. How do I treat ferritin and b12 at the same time? Should I get on telmisrtan?

Looking to you guys for help, because I know the doctor is going to glaze over on this. Tests below ordered by Defy and have not had a consult yet.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
