Feedback request for my TRT plan changes before dr appt.

Hello. Some history. 53, male, been on TRT for 3 years. I’m doing a sub q injection every 3rd day, .34 cc syringe, test cyp, 200mg/ml. My recent bloodwork was all very good across the board except my total and free test levels are sky high.

Total was 1600 and free was 250.
I also take DHEA once a day, 50 mgs.

I did donate blood 7 days before my bloodwork so I believe that made my hemoglobin and hematocrit numbers ideal when they were just slightly high the last time I had bloodwork. Side note - I donate blood 3 times a year but not for TRT, I have a family member get multiple transfusions so it’s something I believe in. It’s once every 4 months.

My goal here is to gather information to then speak with my dr next week as I don’t want my numbers so high. I’ve been focusing more on longevity the past few years, and I don’t think I benefit from having such elevated numbers long term and would feel more comfortable at a lower level. I’ve never run cycles or done bodybuilding, I just use this for basic health.

The only sides I have are very mild oily skin and some minor shoulder acne on occasion. I take no AI and do not want too.

2 weeks ago I was prescribed a low dose of nandrolone for shoulder pain. I’ve had a career as a first responder for almost 30 years and my shoulders are beginning to show their age. The dose is .15 ml with each TRT injection.

When preparing for my drs appt I was chatting with AI about my dose, my desire to be lower in my levels, etc. and it suggested to approach my dr with the following plan to see if he approves. I’d also appreciate some feedback here.

Reduce the TRT dose to .25 sub q every 4-5 days.
Reduce the nandrolone dose to .10 with every TRT injection.
Reduce DHEA supplementation to 25 mgs daily or 50 mgs EOD.
Run that for 6-8 weeks and then run bloodwork.

I question if this lower dose of nandrolone will do anything at all for my joints but I’m new to this compound. If I need to just drop it from the rotation, I’m fine to do that.

So that’s about all I can think of to share to give you enough info to help me have an informed chat with my dr. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
