Estrogen experiences

Hi guys, ive been in trt for 4 years. Last 2 years ive been using 18-20mg/daily of cypionate. My estrogen during all This time has been fluctuating between 50-70. The liver enzymes, specially alt, has been high too (60-90). My doctor says the estrogen is ok, and he like as high as posible. On the other way ive read there are liver problem related with a high level of estrógen even there is a link with hepatic adenomas ( really comon in women who takes anticonceptive pills). Any thoughs or experiences about it?

Men with liver problems, particularly cirrhosis, often have high estrogen levels because a damaged liver is less able to break down hormones.
