I recently had lab work and got the ECLIA E2 test. I know my results for both tests are "high", however I'm curious as to how any comparison might be made to previous tests that used LC/MS/MS.
Previous E2 labs using LC/MS/MS:
47.2 pg/ml (8.0-35.0)
Current E2 labs using ECLIA:
69.2 pg/ml (7.6-42.6)
Both are measured in pg/ml, however they use different ranges. If any direct correlation cannot be made, is it safe to say that my E2 went up?
