Ephedra/ Ma Huang

About a year and a half ago I purchased 100 grams of Ma Huang (Ephedra Sinica) 5:1 concentrated powder and I never used because I am not sure how to figure out proper dosing as the old ripped fuel, stackers, etc which I believe was 20% per serving.. The ephedrine content is approximately 10%, but total alkaloid content is not provided with the data. Does anyone have any Idea how to dose this?

No one has any input on how to measure out and dose??????

No one wants to say the wrong thing and end up with you accidentally taking 10-100x the intended dose.

Yeah, I hear ya.... I've been scouring the internet looking for ratio calculators but I can't find anything...

Like i would think 4mg or 5mg but how are you gonna accurately measure that? Ma huang used to be 20mg per dose.

I would trash it and just get some ephedrine hcl tabs if that’s your stimulant of choice. Too dangerous to misdose.
