I started this protocol it's been 4 weeks just got bloods today um not sure if its working right.

My protocol is 12.5mg enclo daily and 0.15ml 3 times a week from a compounded hcg 3750IU.

Mild energy increases not much else i dont think.

got my results back after 4 weeks I only feel ok maybe but its weird.

Um test went up LH and FSH non detectable estrogen went up SHGB went down a lot lower.

Not sure on IGF1 because enclomiphine lowers it don't have results.

My morning cortisol is high but i seem stressed.

DHEA went up i dunno what to think.

Like it raised test in numbers but i dunno i feel mildly better i dunno still soft cock but ED can be multiple things.

And balls haven't changed size even mildly with hcg.

I have a soft cock got one boner or maybe another masturbated and barely a drop of liquid.

Things that annoy me are small balls low libido no erections had one.

I dunno if im getting much symptom relief and whats working or isn't.

The enclomiphene isn't doing anything useful here because your T and E2 are too high from the hCG, so I would drop the enclomiphene. You'll likely feel better without it.

Your prob right I have no idea i dont think enclo is doing anything.
But i think other health issues are at play.
I don't feel the greatest. Is hcg meant to suppress lh and fsh. Enclo didn't raise fsh or lh.

Indirectly, yes, by producing T and E2 at suppressive levels.

Because T and E2 were elevated by hCG to a level where enclomiphene was ineffective.

Take one or the other, not both. Either drug can potentially cause side effects that make you feel like garbage, so taking both just multiplies the odds that you'll feel like shit while adding no benefit.

Fertility will be better on enclomiphene than hCG, if that matters.

So after 6 months of adding FSH to my TRT protocol I got a sperm analysis done.
A quick background. My fertility was normal before TRT and went to zero when I started TRT without HCG. Adding HCG 500 IU 2x a week my sperm analysis results were:

sperm count 2.1mm (normal >=20mm)
total sperm 7.2mm (normal >=40mm)

Subfertile with not great chances of getting my wife pregnant.
