Effects of Triamcinolone acetonide on HPTA

Hi guys

Anyone know if Triamcinolone acetonide injection (kenalog) has any effects on the release of lh and fsh?

I’m going through a restart and recent bloods have shown a decrease in T, LH, DHEA and an increase in prolactin

I had the injection for my hay fever symptoms
