Edema swelling in my ankles and lower legs

So I have asked a few questions on here and appreciate the help, through talking to some of the members on here I have decided to drop my test injections from 200mg weekly to 120mg weekly, my estradiol was elevated and and was told lower my dose would help, but I am currently suffering from the swelling in my ankles, does anyone have any suggestions on how to help relieve this in the mean time? I just started lowering my dose this week so I suspect it will take some time to lower my estradiol. I have began pounding water but any other suggestions?

Ankle swelling after starting testosterone injections

I got this question from a friend of mine today who started testosterone replacement 3 weeks ago (injections of 100 mg per week): "I've been gaining a lot of weight. Does this mean my estradiol is high? I don't have any nipple soreness or severe bloating but my ankles and wrist are swelling."...
