For many decades, we've all been told to avoid egg yolks. This is now obsolete science. It is a complete myth that egg yolks increases serum cholesterol (absent those with confirmed familial hypercholesterolemia). In fact, it is a complete myth that the harmful cholesterol even comes from dietary fat. Eating the whites only is a waste of dense nutrition (extra protein, healthy omega 3 fats, saturated fats, fat-soluble vitamins, etc.). Also, another myth is that the fat in egg yolks will make us fat. Egg yolk is healthy fat and does not contribute to body fat unless you eat a surplus of calories. And what better way to give your body the very raw material (dietary cholesterol) to create TESTOSTERONE. Without enough saturated fat, you won't have enough to make it! When I eat whole eggs, my HDL increases and LDL decreases. Don't believe the lies!

So never just eat the white, eat the whole egg!
