these are my results:

LDL: 6.03 RANGE ( 2.95-3.34 ) Nmol/L
NON hdl: 5.98 MMOL/l
HDL: 1.43 RANGE (0.91-1.45) mmol/L
triglycerides: 2.29 range (0.34-2.26) MMOL/l

he said even with good diet it will only take this down by 20% so changing your food wont help much.
worth mentioning here that i am conservative with what i eat and rarely have fast food.

i belive my levels are a bit high before i started trt and trt just took it even higher.

suggestion is to start with Repatha to lower LDL (injections are covered so i have no issues with cost)

I have been on very heavy cycles and no LDL has never bene nowhere near where yours is. It must be a genetic thing for you. pcsk9 inhibitors are pretty amazing from what I know. More effective than statins and none of the side effects. The only downside is the cost. It's a no brainer in my opinion.
