Dose Questions changing from E3D to 2x per week

I should probably know this and the difference are probably insignificant but I will ask anyway. It is not so much a math question as much as how to do I split it up or does it even matter.

Right now I inject every 3 days - 40 mg per shot, weekly total of ~93 mg per week. I want to change to 2 times per week, which fits my scheduled best right now. I want to inject on Tuesday morning and Friday morning, which is a 3 day - 4 day interval.

Should I just split it half and go ~46 each time? Or, inject 40 on Tuesday (before the 3 day span) and 53 on Friday (before the 4 day span)? Or maybe it does not matter.

I suppose I could also revisit injecting at night but when I did that in the past I did not sleep that well.

Thanks.
