Dosage question

Vial is 200mg/ml
I need to inject .2, which is 40mg.

Im a little confused. How much is that on a 100iu insulin syringe?

100iu is equal to 1ml. So with a 200mg per ml vial , .1ml is 20mg or 10iu is 20mg .2ml is 40mg or 20iu is 40mg.....and so on
