I was doing some reading on Progesterone, I think it does indeed have user reports of being able to deal with Estrogen. All can suppress 5AR activity, and thus reduce DHT, though. 10mg is the suggested dose in men. If you google "Progesterone in men", you'll get plenty of reading material.

I'm estrogen dominant, too. But my estradiol is not too high.

Progesterone cured his social anxiety because progesterone increases GABA-A receptor function, so I thought even if I have normal progesterone, can I try this?

I've never supplemented with progesterone but I have heard for some progesterone works wonders. I don't see why it would hurt to try it.
