Does anyone have any experience using Niagen?

I just saw my Endocrinologist today and he's recommending that I try Niagen.

I know nothing about this supplement but this is what I found (most data in mice)

Nelson do you think given the supplement industries reputation for quality control and under dosing could be a contributing factor? also wounding if IV or IM would be more effective.
