Do testicle issues always = primary?

The reason I ask is because I had a testicle that ended up in my abdomen somehow for a short period of time aged 6-7 probably thanks to a well placed knee from a friend This was bought down and stitched into place.

Pre TRT labs showed 390ng/dl with midrange LH/FSH so a bit ambigous.

Does anyone else with similar issues with their balls have bloodwork indicating secondary/primary?

Yes I was primary. I had testicle injury at a young age and only had one properly working testicle. I never had any issues but as I got older I wanted a better testosterone levels. I had very high LH level way over the High range.

I should add that I was able to make 7 babies and lettered in three Sports in high school.
