Paypal windows opens up, but spinning circle. Paypal login not coming up. As of 4/7/2019 7:30pm Central. Any idea what's going on? Thanks.

Yeah, it was a pain in the ass for me, too, a couple of months ago. I think there was another Paypal link on the page that I got to work. Good luck.
