Discounted labs question New Jersey

I know discounted labs says it can't serve New Jersey but being an NJ resident can I still purchase the test and have it done in Pennsylvania?

You certainly can. I live in Canada and cross the border for testing in Erie, PA.

I've been told it's best to bring ID without an address on it such as a passport. Don't know how true this is or if it's necessary.
