DIM: new info from Defy

Was just advised that FDA has placed DIM on a "do not compound" list. Defy can still provide DIM or it can be sourced locally OTC but it will NOT be compounded together with Anastrozole.

No big loss...that stuff does not work anyway.

I agree I got a little agitated when I ordered my Anastrozole and got the compounded capsules instead with them asking.

Yep no biggie! Really, the curiosity with DIM was to perhaps eliminate the need for Anastrozole. Compounding it together did not improve the effectiveness of one or the other.
