Now that you mention it, I never developed ED until I started taking HCG. Everything was working fine except for the testicular pain and atrophy.

I had testicular ache on and off for a few months, then it stopped. It happens do to LH deprivation.

I’ve never had much issue with my testicles shrinking I do have a little bit of dole pain once I stop taking it but that went away after a week. I know a lot of people use it but for me it’s just complicated things. Just another testosterone spike and estrogen spike to balance. You could try 50ius a day instead of such a big dose of 500

I’d rather have tiny balls and a dick that works Lol I fought with hCG for years and I finally just gave up on it . I’ve done every possible dosage and it always impacts My erections. I really think it complicates stuff for a lot of guys all I ever hear about is people having erectile problems on TRT With hcg. Everybody I talk to who is on TRT and no hCG doesn’t seem to have any problems. But everything is so individual what works for one guy doesn’t work for the next.

HCG also adds irritability for me for example, but it does increase my libido .. so I’m angry horny and my dick doesn’t work haha. Oh and don’t run out of juice

I guess I confuse testicular atrophy and fullness of the scrotum. Isn’t the amount of sperm reduced as well?

Drop the HCG - all it did was give me a limp noodle!
Are you on arimidex? Your E2 is pretty low. I would drop everything but the test for 6 weeks and then get new bloodwork
