DHEA for improved muscle recovery

Anybody experience with DHEA supplementation for improved muscle recovery?
I don't use HCG. I will try 100mg dhea as a post workout supplement.

 
I can't speak to the effect on muscle recovery, but I would recommend taking a much lower dose. I was supplementing with 100mg before my last blood test and it was raising my estradiol too high.
Good that you mentioned that. I can only work out 2x per week because of my slow recovery.

In this study 100mg was taken daily and it raised estrone by 200% after two weeks.

In the first study, maybe it was just the increased E that improved recovery. Don't have access to the full text.
