Hello I’m new to the group my name is Curtis
I’m 40 years old 5 10”. I did my labs and my GP said that my free T looks good and I don’t need TRT. I also talked with Defy medical and they said I could possibly benefit from T depending on how I feel. Well I used to be on TRT 3 years ago but i stopped because I have palpitations and racing heart beat and anxiety it happened when I introduced HCG.. I got scared and quit completely. I actually should of just stopped the HCG because I’m certain that is what caused most of the issue and my estrogen went up.. since stop I have a bit of ED… and I don’t initiate sex my wife says.. I’m tired by 8 or 9pm… muscle aches all the time… my dr says well that’s usually what comes with getting older… I’m thinking of trying TRT cream.. my question is if I try that for like 6 months and don’t really feel better can I quit again? And just return to baseline or do these numbers look decent enough and I shouldn’t be looking to get into the trt journey.. ? I know it takes a lot to optimize your body… my older brother is on TRT and he is 50 and still experiencing tired symptoms at times and is sore a lot but he is also way more active then me and I think the TRT has slowed him to be more active like that
