Post TRT Bloodwork

I just turned 37. 5'7". 168lbs.

Alright, so I voluntarily stopped TRT (Test Cyp + HCG injections) about 9 weeks ago. I was doing .35ml per week split into 3 doses (M W F, .1 .1 .15) and 300 ui of HCG on those same days. My Total T was 861 while free T was 28 on the labcorp scale.

Total T Norm = 348-1197
Free T Norm = 8.7-25.1
Estradiol Sensitive Norm = 8-35

Four weeks post abruptly stopping TRT
- Total T = 195 LOW
- Free T = 8.1 LOW
- Estradiol Sensitive = 16.8

Five weeks post abruptly stopping TRT
- Free T = 210 LOW
- Total T = 10.1 NORMAL

The 3rd and 4th week I was getting consistent morning wood. Really good! Libido was going down tho.

CONS:
-Now, almost 9 weeks after TRT, I rarely get morning wood and have absolutely zero interest in sex. I no longer get a woody when the wind blows! I feel neutered.

-Hardware works when I am finally slightly aroused. I enjoy the sex but I feel like if I am doing it more for my girlfriend. It takes a lot more stimulation to get it working too.
* This I don't understand because I still have dirty thoughts :o

-Muscle mass is not as before. Losing strength.
-Body aches more frequent.
-Gaining fat.
-Not exercising as much as a result of body aches although I continue to go to the gym.
-Workouts are not as intense anymore.

PROS:
-My thinning crown hair has been stopped. My hair is coming back as normal. I never suffered from a receding hairline or thinning hair pre TRT.

Conclusion:
I think I can live, with the mitigations I had in place, with a thinner crown. I really felt better on TRT. Not only stronger, leaner, and a better sense of well being but I was also aroused easier and more frequent.

Probably will start on it again in 2 weeks or so after I get baseline blood work again.

Nelson.....vanity took over.....yes other than poking myself a lot thats mainly why I stopped.

I tried empower pharmacy's minox/acelaic acid 10/5 and was seeing. Improvement while at .5ml test cyp per week with the 300ui hcg x3 week. I wasnt consistent tho.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
