Hi

I received my most recent labs and wondering if I'm taking enough Testosterone Cy.
I inject .01 units per day and I don't take Arimidex. My libido and ability to orgasm easily is low. Any suggestions or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Testosterone - 485
Estradiol - 25.8
PSA - 1.62
Free Testosterone - 3.2
DHEAS - 229

I inject .01 units per day

That means absolutely nothing to anyone. It’s not even possible to inject .01 ml of test with a syringe.

Mg/ml determine strength Of Test.

So .1 ml, but to determine the strength you need the mg strength of the vial plus the ml (volume) to determine the dosage.

Always provide normal ranges for Free T, as not all labs companies use the same ranges.

Are you injecting 1/10 of the 1ml syringe or 1/100 of the syringe, where do you inject and for how long have you been doing it?

The Free T3 is a thyroid hormone, not your free testosterone.

@howling8 Whoever is managing your TRT protocol is out to lunch. There’s literally no way to determine your Free T level, not even an SHBG to calculate the Free T percentage.

Confusing, seems something is off here.

Is this the kind of syringe with the same kind of units you are talking about? 0.1 is 1/10ml. With 200mg/ml T cyp, that's 20mg daily, 140mg/week, which should be a solid dose that pushes your total T higher than your lab result. If this is correct, you are resistant to T injections or your T cyp is bunk.

Or are you drawing dose differently somehow?

That is the syringe I use. Since I switched to daily my libido has decreased. I was injecting every third day and may go back to that. I'm working with a new on Wednesday.

Those labs above are practically useless if done after only 18 days.

The only way you can get results fast is oral T, like Jatenzo where the half-life is real short at 6 hours. Cypionate has a half-life of 5-7 days, so about 4-6 weeks to become stable in the blood.

You’ll have twice as much testosterone in your system when levels reach a steady state.

You’ve been a member since 2018, all of this should be old news to you.

The VA only tests me once a year. That's why I signed up with this site.

The VA only tests me once a year.

The VA is known for not properly monitoring men on T replacement. Testing you too early and only once per year is like not testing you at all, at least in the beginning.
