CYP3A5 non-expressor and Testosterone

I recently had my DNA processed by Ancestry. The whole looking at where you come from is pretty interesting to me. Anyway, one is also able to submit their RAW DNA to servers who crunch the DATA and look for Genetic Defects. I found out I am a CYP3A5 non-expressor. This is some sort of enzyme that eats medications and even Testosterone in the liver, or my understanding of it is that.

Does anyone have any information on this, and what it really does to Testosterone?

The P450 enzyme in the liver is also responsible for clearance rates of hormones/toxins/medications. The better the functioning of the P450 system in an individual the faster the clearance rates from ones liver hence improved health.
