Though I haven't experienced it (never used Trimix) or heard first hand about it, I would think what you are experiencing would be somewhat common in guys using Trimix for ED. Here is why:
Guys that are using Trimix often have pronounced erectile dysfunction, that likely did not respond to medications like Viagra or Cialis. Sometimes, this erectile dysfunction is caused by and exacerbated by cumulative damage to the tissues in the penis during intercourse. Men with ED are far more susceptible to this type of damage if they are having intercourse with a penis that is not fully erect. The penis can "bind" so to speak - think about what would happen if you held a banana at one end and jammed the other end into a wall - it would likely bind and break somewhere along the shaft.
When this type of injury occurs, scar tissue forms. The scar tissue is tighter and less elastic than the surrounding penile tissue. So when the penis fills with blood, this constriction where the scar tissue will not stretch causes a bend. Picture putting a piece of duct tape on one side of a balloon, then inflating that balloon. The balloon will curve around the area under the tape because that section cannot expand uniformly with the rest of the balloon.
This curve can also be somewhat painful when experiencing an erection. If your curve is not severe and you do not experience pain with it, consider yourself lucky. It could be worse.
Google Peyronie's Disease. Dumb name since it is an acute/chronic injury, not a disease, but that is the proper name for it.
