I apply 200mg compounded cream to the scrotum ..my libido is great but I can’t sustain erections . ..spreading the dose across the day doesn’t help…my 24 hour trough labs came back with free and total T way over the range and e2 under range ..I don’t have the actual numbers ....I never got ED on injections ..any suggestions for me ?

I would try reducing dose first, then try adding hCG, then return to injections if those two fail. You could try a hybrid protocol in that case with a base of injections and a small amount of cream on top for the libido boost.
